The StaySafe Lone Worker solution makes it easier to onboard and train your Users. It offers increased Reporting, new Features, and customisable Escalation Policies.

Now that you have migrated to our newest solution, you can find out how to get started with the StaySafe App and how to get started with the StaySafe Hub. This article will review some of the most important new Features in StaySafe Lone Worker.

Teams & People

User Roles

There are more Roles available to you, which means that you can ensure that the right people in your Team have the right access to your system and data.

The Roles are as follows:

  • Lone Worker - app only access.

  • Organisation Admin - access to the entire system.

  • Team Admin - access to a team's User Details and Insights.

  • Team Responder - access to a team's Sessions and alerts.

  • Organsation Reporter - access to the orgnaisaitons insigths.

NOTE: Admins do not have automatic access to the app. They will need to be given Lone Worker access as well.

Teams

You can now split your Organisation into as many Teams as you need. You can give your Team Leaders access to their Team only for maximum data security, and remove the need to respond to alerts and situations not related to their department.

You can also adjust the Settings and Features for each Team to best fit those roles. For example, some Teams may need longer intervals between Check-ins, or access to specific Features such as Fall Detection, that others do not need.

Finally, you can set separate Escalation Policies for each Team. This gives you greater control of who is contacted in an emergency.

Insights & Features

Insights

The Hub offers a centralised Insights Dashboard, where you can see at a glance the Usage statistics, summaries of Alerts, and the welfare status of your Users.

There are also several Reports showing a detailed view of past Sessions, Usage. You can schedule Reports to be sent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to anyone in your Organisation.

Features

We are continually working on new features for the system. New features include:

Escalation & Response

Escalation Policies

You now have more control over who is contacted in the case of an emergency. The main change is that Escalation Policies are set at a Team level, not an Organisational level. This means that you can have different Contacts for each Team you have in the system. This will allow you to ensure that the correct people are contacted.

You can also have separate Response Procedures for each Team, allowing you to give separate instructions to Responders based on their Team's needs.

Responding to Alerts

As in previous versions of the system, your designated Responders will be Notified of Alerts within the system. The new system allows your Responders to be more personalised, and have more detailed information about the Session and Alert.
