You may sometimes wish to review a session after it has ended. You may want to look at the route taken, or review alerts triggered. You can do so by looking at Sessions Reports.

This report allows you to analyse a user's past session information. Using the report, you can investigate any alerts, and ascertain that your responders act as you expect. You can also use the report to view a users session route via the available map.

Accessing Session Reports

Depending on your user role, you can access insights for your whole organisation or a specific team. You can find these by scrolling to the bottom of your Insights Dashboard and selecting the Sessions Report.

Once you click on Sessions Report, you will be taken to a list of all past sessions for the organisation or team selected. To find a specific session, you can search by name, team, or alert type. You can also export this data as a CSV file.

If you wish to see detailed information about a specific session, you can do so by clicking 'View' in the far left column of the session you want to examine. This will take you to a summary page showing the information held on the session, including the map, any events, notes, and timestamps.

Using the Report

Summary

The first section of the report contains a summary of the session, including when it started, ended, and its duration. It also has information on the device used, and its name and team.

Timeline

Several different events make up the timeline. You can filter these events to see the information that means the most to you. To do so, toggle on the relevant events. These different event types are:

App Events - such as check-ins, sessions beginning and ending

Alarm Notifications - such as a panic alert or missed check-in

Response Actions - a record of any actions or notes taken by responders upon receiving an alert

Session Views - any views by a hub user while the session was live

Map

The map view shows the route taken by the user and the location of any alert or actions. You can expand this to full screen by clicking on the expand icon and changing the map to satellite or street view.
