The insight pages are designed to give you an overview of how your Lone Workers use the StaySafe app. They provide an overview of some of the key metrics and allow you to access detailed information on sessions.
Insights should provide you with the information you need to ensure your Lone Workers use the system as you need them to. Insights give you an overview of app usage and reports that provide more detailed information.
Depending on your role in the system, you will be able to access different segments of your users. If you are an Organisational Admin, you will see insights for the whole organisation or a specific team. If you are a Team Admin, you will see the insights for the team/s you administrate.
Finding the Organisation's Insight Page
Go to the Organisation tab page, and you can find this in the left-hand sidebar of your hub. Select Insights.
Finding a Teams Insight Page
Go to the Organisation tab page, and you can find this in the left-hand sidebar of your hub. Select Teams, select the team you want to see and then select Insights
