The Insight Pages are designed to give you an overview of how your Lone Workers use the app. They outline some key metrics, and allow you to access detailed information on sessions.

Depending on your user role, you can access Insights for your whole organisation, or a specific team.

Using the Dashboard

Within the Insights Dashboard, multiple charts and graphs will help you determine how much the app is used, and ensure it is used correctly.

You can see the number and length of sessions run in the last month on your Insights Dashboard. The number and type of alerts triggered in the previous month, and information on which users have accepted their invites, and are using the app.

Looking at the Organisational Dashboard, you will also see the number of licences you are currently using, how many users are yet to accept their invites, and how many active users you have.

Number of Sessions

This graph shows you the number of sessions on each day for the last 30 days. This should give you an idea of the usage pattern of your Lone Workers, and understand the changes over time.

Length of Sessions

This table shows the length of sessions that your lone workers have run in the last 30 days, and this should give you an indication if the Lone Workers are using the app for the correct duration of time. You can do this by comparing the average length of their Lone Working to the size of their sessions.

Number of Alerts

This table shows you the number of alerts triggered during the last 30 days, and what kind of alerts they were. You can use this table to ensure you keep false alarms low.

Lone Worker Onboarding

This chart provides you with insights into the onboarding progress of your Lone Workers. It ensures that every Lone Worker has accepted their invitations, and are ready to use the app.

If you have a lot of new users, you can use this to keep track of your onboarding.
