As well as your Insights Dashboards, you can access several reports that will allow you to see detailed information on the app's usage and past sessions.

You can find these by scrolling to the bottom of your dashboard and selecting the appropriate report.

These can be scheduled, customised to fit specific time frames, and downloadable in CSV format.

Depending on your user role, you can access Insights for your whole organisation, or a specific team.

Usage Report

The Usage report provides more detailed information on the number of sessions and alarms during a given period. This is a list of the reports you can access:

  • Active vs Inactive Users

  • Alert Count

  • Session Count by User

  • Alert Count by User

You also can export these reports to CSV if you would like to generate your reports or import them to your own Business Intelligence tool.

NOTE: use the 'Alert Count by User' report to identify if you have individuals triggering many alarms.

Session Report

The Session Report provides you with all of the information on a completed session. It gives a timeline of events during that session, the lone worker's route, and any alerts, responses, or notes. This report is designed to allow you to investigate alarms after the alarm has been resolved, and the session has ended.

You can search by Name, Team or Alert type, and download a summary as a CSV file.

Scheduled Reports

This feature is designed to send you reporting information regularly. The email will contain a CSV with the following tables:

  • Active vs Inactive Users

  • Alert Count

  • Session Count by User

  • Alert Count by User

You can choose who should receive these reports by entering the recipient's email address in the 'Email Address(es)" box.

You can schedule these reports at both the Team or Organisational level, so you can make sure that the correct information gets to the right people.
