The Map Page is visible to both Team Responders and Organisational Admins, and will allow you to see all the Lone Workers who are currently running a session or have triggered an alarm. This will enable you to respond to, and manage, your computer or phone alerts. As well as letting you view any live sessions.

If you want to look at any closed sessions or alerts, look at past sessions in the insights tab.

NOTE: The Map Page is a web based browser and is optimised so that you can respond to alarms on any device with a web browser.

Using the Map

The Map allows you to filter and search between Users, Locations, and Map Overlays to properly coordinate daily movements, or alarms.

You can use several techniques to filter between Users on the Map. You can search for Teams or Users, or use some of our quick filters. They are:

  • By Alarm

  • By Alarm Type

  • By User

  • By Team

  • Search Inactive users

Quick Filters

Click on 'Filter' to bring down the options menu and filter by an individual event, or use the quick filters across the top to filter each colour coordinated event type.

People and Team Filters

To filter by a particular person, you can use the search bar in the top left corner of the screen. The Users visible on the map will change based on your search criteria. Select which one you want by checking the tick box next to the Team Name to search by the Team.

Search by Inactive Users

The User list on the left of the page will show you a list of Lone Workers currently using the app. If you wish to know which Users are not using the app at the moment, you can do so by clicking the blue Inactive Filter.

Map Overlays

If you have set up Map Overlays, you can select and deselect them at will, allowing you to pinpoint specific Locations, highlight important areas, or mark zones.

Powered by Google Maps

You can use most Google Maps functionality such as the Map, Satellite View or Google Street View.

In addition, you can search for places on the Map. If you cannot see this feature, please contact the support team to enable it support@staysafeapp.com.

Live Sessions

While in the Map View, any Live Sessions or Alerts will be visible on the Map. This will refresh every time a Location or Status changes. Select a Users Name in the sidebar or on their marker in the Map to view a specific User Session.
