The Session View can be used to get a detailed look at any Individual Session and is where you are taken when an Alert is triggered. We guide Responders to this page through the Map Page on the Hub, and via the Notifications sent when an Alert is triggered. This page is optimised for mobile devices so you can access it on the move.

This page provides you with the information you need to resolve an Alert, including the User's contact details, the Location, and your Organisation's Response Policies. Here you can collaborate with your colleagues, and ultimately resolve all Lone Worker Alarms.

Viewing Individual Sessions

When you are on the Map Page, you will see a list of all the Lone Workers currently in a Session on the left. When you click on one of their Names, a pop up will appear on their marker. This pop up gives you information on the User's Session, when the Session started, when the next Check-in is due, when their Session is scheduled to end, and their User Information, i.e. Name, Number, and Team.

When you select View, you will be taken into that User's Session. You will be able to see further information on the User, their Location, and the timeline of actions they have taken while using the app.

You can leave Notes on the User's Session in the Response Notes section. These will be viewable for future reference in the Past Sessions Report.

Session View

Once in the Individual Session View, you will see all of the information relevant to the User and the ongoing Session.

This information is as follows:

1. User Information

Here you can find information on the User to assist you with your response. You will be able to see their Name and Contact Details and the custom attributes for this User.

The Lone Worker's Phone Number is clickable so that you can dial the User straight from your computer or phone.

2. Location Information

This information relates to the User's current Location and how recently the Hub received that Location.

The longitude and latitude will be automatically displayed. You can also choose other ways to see this information. You can choose to see it as a Street Address or a what3words reference.

NOTE: Location accuracy depends on several factors. You can find out How we use Location Data and the Factors that Affect Location Accuracy here.

3. Timeline

This shows a timeline of Events during the Session, it will tell you when the User started their Session and any Notes they entered during their Session, and any Events such as Check-ins and any Alerts triggered.

The time of the Events are always displayed in your local timezone.

4. Location of Lone Worker

This is a real-time location of the Lone Worker, and will show their historical movement from the beginning of their Session. The most recent Location will be identifiable by the pulsating Location Marker.

Hover over a Location Pin to see when that Location was forst idenitified in the Hub. You can also see an accuracy reading for that Location point.

5. Response Procedures

This is where you can access your documented Response Procedures. These are instructions defined by your Organisation and should provide instructions on how to handle the Alarm. If you cannot see any Procedures, speak to your team on how to add them.

6. Response Notes

Here you can record any actions you have taken during an Alert. You should record all of your activities when you take them. This allows your colleagues to see what you are doing, and collaborate if needed on the Alarm.

Once you have resolved the Alert, you can end the Alarm. Select This session is resolved, then click Save to resolve the Alarm.

These notes are also recorded and are accessible in the Past Sessions view.
