Remove a Responder from an Escalation Policy

Once you have set up your Escalation Policy, situations may arise where you need to remove a responder, if they are on annual leave or have left the business.


1. Access the 'Team' tab:

2. Select the team the responder is assigned to:

3. Select 'Escalation Policies':

4. Select the escalation policy the user is located in.

5.Scroll down to the user's name and click the cross button.:

6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'save'.

Remember, if the user is linked to other escalation policies, you'll need to remove them from all policies.
