Fenix is an alarm receiving centre, and one of our Monitoring Partners. They provide alarm responses for your Lone Workers, and ensure that they are in safe hands when alarms are triggered within the StaySafe app.

How Will Fenix Contact you?

When there is an alert, Fenix UK will call from 0330 055 2223. Escalation contacts can also call that number back to get in touch with Fenix. This number is free to call from mobiles. We recommend that Users and Escalation Contacts save this number to avoid any missed calls.

When an alert is triggered, the operator at Fenix will contact the end-user twice, within

two minutes intervals, before placing a call to the first point of Escalation.

When are the Emergency Services Contacted?

When an ARC operative concludes that police or medical services need to be dispatched, they will get in touch with the emergency services directly.

The dispatch to emergency services is currently transitioning to a process called "ECHO '' - Electronic Call Handling Operations. When this is live across all police forces, Fenix will dispatch directly from their system called Sentinel. However, for police forces that aren't using ECHO at this moment in time, the Fenix team have a direct dial to the police forces' control rooms, with a unique reference number. Fenix can fast-track dispatch.

Two-Way Audio

The Two-Way Audio function enables a phone call between the Lone Worker and the dedicated number entered in the field. When used alongside an external monitoring centre, it can connect Users with an operator immediately.

When setting up this function with Fenix on StaySafe Hub, you should use the number +44 1865 415367 in the UK and +1 2947 46164 in the US
