Securitas is an alarm receiving centre and one of our Monitoring Partners. They provide alarm responses for your Lone Workers, and ensure that they are in safe hands when alarms are triggered within the StaySafe app.

How Will Securitas Contact you?

When there is an active alert, such as a Panic alert, a Securitas operator will call the user from 01908 658100, If they cannot get in touch with the User, they will call the Escalation Contacts.

If a passive alert is triggered, such as Session Expiry or a Missed Check-in, they will call on an automated number, 01908 644505. If the computerised call is not answered, or if the Lone Worker needs assistance, the system will pass the call onto the operator, who will follow the response plans for active alerts.

If the Escalation Contact does not have access to the Hub, the operator will offer a link from the communicator platform, the Escalation Contact can also request one. The Escalation Contact is sent a token link by email to show what Securitas see on the Map.

When are the Emergency Services Contacted?

When the ARC team identifies the urgency of the Lone Worker's specific situation, emergency services will be dispatched if required. The ARC team operator will get in touch with the relevant emergency services department.

Securitas have a direct line to the police control room. They use their URN which requests a direct response from the police, leading to faster response times.

Two-Way Audio

The Two-Way Audio function enables a phone call between the Lone Worker and the dedicated number entered in the field. When used alongside an external monitoring centre, Users can connect with an operator immediately.

When setting this up on StaySafe Hub, you should use the number +44 1908 658152.
