As an admin, you can remove users who no longer use the system, this will free up licences and allow you to invite new users.
NOTE: An Organisation Admin will be able to archive any user registered in your organisation, but a Team Admin will only archive a user within their Team.
Archiving a User
If a user has activated their profile, you will need to archive them to remove them for your hub, a user with the administrator role can un-archive a user by contacting support@staysafeapp.com.
When you archive a user, they will remain within reports only for the period they were active within the StaySafe app.
On your homepage, select "People"
Select the user to archive, you can use the search bar to locate a user quickly.
Once you have entered the users profile, select "Archive Person"
Once selected, type "ARCHIVE" in the text box
Select "Archive Person"
Once saved, you will get a pop up notification and the users status will show as archived.
Delete User Account
A user who has not setup their profile, can be permanently deleted, you will only see this option for users that are in that state, a user in this state cannot be archived.
Once selected. enter "DELETE" into the text box.
Select "Delete Person"
Trouble Shooting - Archiving a User
If a user has a responder role and is part of an active escalation policy, the user will need to be removed from the escalation policy before they can be removed from the hub.
