How to Archive a Team

Only an Organisation Admin, can archive team(s) that are no longer in use or required.

You will need to confirm all of your lone workers have been removed from a team before you can archive it.

Removing Lone Workers from a Team:

  1. Select the teams tab

  2. Select the team you want to archive

  3. Select the people tab and remove any users with the lone worker role.

There are several ways you can update the users profile to remove them from the team.

  1. Archive a lone worker - Activated profiles only

  2. Delete a lone worker - All non-activated profiles

  3. Move the lone worker to a new team

  4. Remove the lone worker role

Note: step 4 is useful if you have a user that has admin access to the StaySafe hub but does not need access to the StaySafe app/

Archiving a Team:

Once you have confirmed all lone workers have been removed from the team, you can then archive it.

  1. Go to the "Teams" tab

  2. Enter the team you want to archive

  3. Go to the "Settings" Tab

  4. Select "Archive Team" in the top right hand corner of the page

  5. Enter "Archive" into the text box

  6. Select "Archive Team"
