Yes, you can! The app can be used on multiple devices; your work phone, personal phone, iPad or tablet, using the same login credentials.
However, if you are running a Session on your work device, and want to end/extend the Session, it must be done on that same device. This is because Sessions cannot be simultaneously run from two different devices.
If you find your work phone tends to run low on battery quickly, even with the battery setting prioritising the battery life, feel free to start a new Session on a different device.
