With an iPhone, you can see the proportion of your battery used by each app by going to Settings > Battery.
This shows how much battery StaySafe uses proportionally to other apps, but it does not show the overall percentage of your battery used by the app.
For us to tell you how much of your battery, StaySafe, is using overall, we need you to enable diagnostics and send them to us.
Enabling Diagnostics
Go to Settings
Select the section named 'Settings' with a gear in the centre of your app's homepage. |  |
Go to Diagnostics
Once on your Settings page, select Diagnostics |  |
Toggle Diagnostics on
Toggle the slider next to Diagnostics so that it is to the right, and highlighted in orange. |  |
Use the App
To gather data, you will need to use the ap as usual for at leat one full session |  |
View Logs
Return to the Diagnostics by going to Settings > Diagnostics, and then select View Logs |  |
Share Logs
Tap on the share icon to the right of the log |  |
Share Them With Us
Once you tap the share icon, it will open your phones mailbox, and generate an email.
Please send this to the pre-populated address. |  |
Once we have received those logs from you, we will analyse your battery usage and inform your Manager of the amount of battery StaySafe is using on your device.
