Once you have Set the App Up, you will be able to initiate a session when you are working alone.
During the session, your location will be shared with your company, and you will be expected to check-in periodically. This will allow your workplace to know that you are safe at work.
You can also set off a Panic Alert at any time in the app.
If you miss a check-in or if you Panic, your organisation or monitoring partner will be notified. They will attempt to contact you to find out what is going on, and to offer you assistance.
Each company will have a different policy, but depending on the situation, if a Panic Alert goes off, they will try to contact you, send someone to you, or contact emergency services.
They can then use the location data from the app to easily locate you and get you the help you need.
