Privacy Mode is a new feature introduced so that the location of the lone worker remains hidden unless required, or until an alarm is triggered.

When Privacy Mode is enabled, it can be set at an Organisation or Team level. Once enabled through the features section, the lone worker running an active session in the app will no longer be visible on the Hub map.

The lone worker will still show up on the left-hand side of the Hub as running a session with a ‘Privacy’ badge beside their team name. Please note the feature can be set up on an Organisational or Team level.

When an alarm has been triggered by a lone worker, their location on the map will show up with a red pin, identifying where the alarm has been triggered. This allows the responder to carry out the standard response procedure.

The location information for this lone worker, and the alarm, will remain visible on the map until the alarm state is resolved.
