Single Sign-On (SSO) is a simple and secure way to log into StaySafe. We are currently compatible with Okta and Microsoft Asure.

SSO is available to customers using Okta, so long as it is enabled on your Organisation's profile and set up by your Organisation Admin. To enable SSO, contact us at support@stayssafeapp.com, and we will assist you in setting it live.

There is a 'Sign in with Okta button' on the StaySafe login page. Once the button is pressed, you will be taken to a page where you are prompted to enter your email.

If you are already logged into Okta with an email that matches your active StaySafe User account, and in an Organisation with Okta SSO, then you will be directed into StaySafe without having to enter another password.

If you are not logged in to Okta already, then you will be taken to the Okta sign-in page.

Once you have been Authenticated with Okta, you will be redirected to StaySafe.
