Single Sign-On (SSO) is a simple and secure way to log into StaySafe. To enable SSO, contact us at support@stayssafeapp.com, and we will assist you in setting it live.
If you use Okta for SSO, there are some steps you will need to take to activate it with StaySafe. You will need to be an Administrator in both StaySafe and Okta to do this.
How to Get Set Up
First, you will need to install the StaySafe app within your Okta Organization. In Okta, go to the Applications tab and click on the Browse App Catalog button.
Type 'StaySafe' into the search field and click on the StaySafe listing to visit the app page.
Once there, click Add to install StaySafe.
Within the General Settings screen, click Done to continue.
Add the Users or groups of Users that are allowed to access StaySafe via Single Sign-On. You must add yourself here to continue the installation process.
Copy your Client ID and Client Secret and Okta Domain in the General tab.
Contact support@staysafeapp.com with your Client ID, Client Secret and Okta Domain for them to be added and for Okta SSO to be activated for your organisation.
