How to update your password and personal information in the StaySafe Hub

Within the StaySafe Hub, you can change the details we hold on you. Go to the Silhouette Icon on the bottom left of the page, and select Account Details.

Here you will be able to update many of the personal details we hold on you, enable two-factor authentication, and change your password.


Account Details

You can change your First Name, Surname and registered Phone Number here.

When entering the Phone Number, you will need to enter it with E.164 format with the leading '+' prefix. For example, if this is a UK number, you must enter it as "+447712345678."


Password

Go to the Password tab to the right of the page. Here you will be able to change your Password. Enter your Current Password and your new one repeated twice.

NOTE: Your Admin can set how strong your Password needs to be. We recommend it should be at least eight characters long, and include an upper case letter, lower case letter, and a number.
