When you sign out of and then back into the StaySafe app, you can reset your password by clicking Forgotten Password, after entering your email address.
If you do not see this option available on your app, please contact us at support@staysafeapp.com
NOTE: Your organisation can choose how strong your password needs to be, but for most accounts, it will need to be at least 8 characters long and include an upper case letter, lower case letter and a number.
