Some actions within the StaySafe app, require you to enter your Safe PIN. Such as when you check-in, extend or end a session, or when cancelling an alert
If you cannot remember your Safe PIN, please take the following actions:
Go to settings > Select Change Safe PIN > Select Forgotten your PIN
We will reset it, and send an email with your new PIN. You should then change your Safe PIN to something memorable.
NOTE - If you have Setup a Duress PIN, your Safe PIN should be different so you can be sure not to get them mixed up.
