We understand that onboarding multiple users to a system can be challenging, and we have aimed to make this as transparent as possible.

Using the Insights Pages in the hub, you can see the users who have accepted their invitations, activated their accounts, and those who are using the app.

You can find this report in the Insights Dashboard, and depending on your user role, you can access Insights for your whole organisation, or a specific team.

Lone Worker Onboarding

This chart provides you with insights into the onboarding progress of your Lone Workers, to ensure that every Lone Worker has accepted their invitations, and are ready to use the app. There are several steps in their onboarding journey:

Invited

The number of users sent an invitation to join StaySafe.

Activated

The number of users who have actioned their invitation email, and have activated their account.

Logged In

The number of users who have activated their account and logged into the app.

Trained

The number of users who have logged into the app, and have completed in-app training.

Run Session

The number of users who have successfully run their first session.

A Lone Worker is marked as fully onboarded if they have reached the Trained or Run Session. This is where a Lone Worker could successfully trigger an Alarm if they needed to.

NOTE: You can find out which Lone Workers are at which step by selecting 'See Lone Workers', so you can chase up individuals if you need to.
