StaySafe has changed the way you will be notified if you have triggered a passive alert. This feature is available on the app version 1.6.1 and above.
We know that some alerts can be triggered because of a user missing reminders to check in, end their session, or if they have non-movement alerts active.
The main reason for this is that they were away from their device when the reminder appeared. The app will now sound an audible alert if any of the following events are triggered:
This will follow your existing settings from your hub or device settings, and with android devices, volume override will also apply to these alerts if active. You can find out how to adjust audible alerts here.
