Some organisations do not allow their users to override this setting. If you can’t adjust this setting, please ask your organisation admin to give you permission to change the setting in the app.
If you setup audible alerts, the app will play a warning sound when you have a check-in due or if your session is about to expire.
There are three tones: subtle, intrusive and escalating. You can choose which one will work best for you.
You can also set these to override your device volume, which means the alert will be played at full volume, regardless of your device volume settings.
Please note, volume override is currently only available on Android devices.
Adjusting Audible Alerts
Go to Settings
Select the section named 'Settings' with a gear in the centre of your app's homepage. |  |

Once on your Settings page, select Audible Alerts |  |
Toggle Audible Alerts on
Toggle the slider next to Audible Alerts so that it is to the right, and highlighted in orange. |  |
