A Discreet Panic lets you trigger a panic alert without opening the app, or drawing attention to the fact that you have done so.

Once you have activated this, you can trigger a Discreet Panic alert by pressing the power button 4-6 times, within 2-5 seconds.

This is only available on Android devices, and you will need to set this up in the app before this feature can be used.

Setting up Discreet Panic

Go to Settings

Select the section named 'Settings' with a gear in the centre of your app's homepage.

Go to Discreet Panic

Once on your Settings page, select Discreet Panic.

Toggle Discreet Panic on

Toggle the slider next to Discreet Panic so that it is to the right, and highlighted in orange.

Changing your Settings

Once you have set this up, you can adjust the number of taps, and how quickly they need to be made, to prevent false alarms and to make it easier for you.

We recommend that you set 6 taps within 4 seconds, to reduce false alerts

You can also set the app to ignore this feature while you are having a phone call, turn it on at all times, and even while not running a session.
