How do I Activate my StaySafe Account

Completing your StaySafe registration so you can use the app.

Once you have been invited to use the StaySafe app, you will receive an invitation via email. This email will allow you to set up your password and activate your account.

The email come from noreply@staysafeapp.com if you can’t find your invite, please check your spam for emails.

Your invitation will look like this:

Your invitation will only be active for 14 days. After that, you will need to ask your administrator, or contact us at support@staysafeapp.com to get a new one!


Once you have located the email. Please select 'Create my password' and you will be directed to a webpage where you can set your password up

NOTE: Your admin can set how strong your password needs to be, but for most accounts, it will need to be at least 8 characters long and include an upper case letter, lower case letter and a number.


Now that you have created your password, your account is fully setup, and you need to download the app.

Tap the link on the 'Download the App' page to download the app.

If you can't do that, search 'StaySafe Lone Worker' on either the App Store, or Google Play.
