This step-by-step guide outlines the process for setting up your Garmin inReach account to work with StaySafe.
Note: Every inReach device your organisation intends to use with the StaySafe system must have an active Garmin subscription plan.
1. Log into your inReach Account:
Visit the Garmin inReach website: https://explore.garmin.com/Account/LogOn
Enter your credentials to log in to your inReach account.
2. Accessing Portal Connect Settings:
Once logged in, navigate to the Settings section.
Locate and click on the "Portal Connect" option. This is where you'll configure the integration settings.
3. Configuring Outbound Settings:
Under the Portal Connect settings, find the "Outbound Settings" section.
Here, you will add the appropriate URL for StaySafe to ensure integration between inReach Portal Connect and the StaySafe Hub.
4. Add URL Link:
Input the URL link provided by either your StaySafe contact or support@staysafeapp.com into the designated field within the Outbound Settings section.
