A License allows you to use StaySafe App and/or Hub.
You can assign a license to an individual, and there are several different user types and roles they can carry, such as user, administrator, monitor and others. Find out the difference between user types.
Although a license is assigned to specific individuals, you can re-assign them to others if a worker leaves or no longer needs a License.
It is important to note that anyone who has been invited to StaySafe will hold a license. If you have invited someone who no longer needs to use the app, make sure to archive that user so you can free the license that is not being used.
If you run out of Licenses, you can email support@staysafeapp.com with your Company or Hub name and the number of additional licenses required.
You can also contact your Account Manager or Customer Success team for additional licenses to be added to your account.
