How to Resend Invites

Resending invites once they have expired, or if they have not been received.

An invitation to the StaySafe system expires after fourteen days, so if a User has not completed their registration in that time, you will need to resend it to them.

The best way to check this is by going to Insights > Lone Worker Onboarding > See Lone Workers.

Here, you will see each of your Users' stages and the date they reached each stage. If they were invited more than fourteen days ago and are yet to accept their invite, they will need to be resent.

To do so, go to People > select User > select Resend Invitation in the top right-hand corner of the page.
