Privacy Mode is the feature that allows users to hide their location, on the Hub's live map, until an alarm is raised.
If the feature is enabled, Organisation Admins and Responders can still see the lone worker in a live session, but they won't be able to see where they are located unless an alarm is raised.
Why has this feature been created?
Privacy Mode gives lone workers the option to decide whether or not their organisation can fully track them during a session.
If the lone worker does not want to their organisation to keep tabs on them throughout the day, they can switch on Privacy Mode. It will only show them on the Hub map if they have:
Missed a check-in
Driving Mode has expired
A session has expired
Alarms have been raised
