How to send a diagnostic report from your Apple Phone

Like any technical product, including our app, occasional issues or bugs may occur. Providing a diagnostic report helps us swiftly address and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring optimal performance.

We rely on the diagnostic report to gather specific technical details and insights about the app's performance and any encountered issues. This information significantly assists our team in pinpointing and resolving technical issues swiftly and accurately, ensuring a smoother and more efficient user experience.


Apple Device - Step By Step how to send us your diagnostic report:

  1. From your app, go to settings.

  2. Scroll down the list and select "Diagnostics".

  3. Click on "View Logs".

  4. Select the session log on the right hand side, the session log at the top of the list relates to your most recent session.

    Please note, you can only send one session report at a time.

  5. The email address will automatically populate for you.

  6. Check the arrow on right hand corner is highlighted orange and click on it send the report. If not highlighted, your report will not be sent. On a apple device you will need to ensure an email is connected to IOS mail.


    To connect an Apple device to the iOS Mail app:

    If you have not connected your device to an email account, you will not be able to send the diagnostic report, please see the step by step instructions below.

    1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.

    2. Scroll down and select "Mail."

    3. Tap "Accounts & Passwords" or "Passwords & Accounts," depending on your iOS version.

    4. Tap "Add Account."

    5. Choose your email provider (e.g., iCloud, Google, Microsoft Exchange, etc).

    6. Enter your email address and password.

    7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup, which typically includes verifying settings like server addresses, ports, and security protocols.

    8. Once completed, your email account will be connected to the iOS Mail app and you can now send the diagnostic report.

    Remember, the steps might slightly vary depending on the iOS version you're using, but these general steps should guide you through connecting an Apple device to the iOS Mail app.
