How can I get Quick Start?

Quick Start can be enabled at a Team or Organisation level in the Hub. Once enabled, the next time the App updates (each time you login/start a session) Quick Start will be available.

If Quick Start has not been enabled, please read How to enable Quick Start in the Staysafe Hub.

Setup Quick Start in the App

Go into "settings" on the app, and select "Session Quick Start"

You will see the Quick Start options, as a standard you will have a 9 hour session assigned as a duration.

Once you select "add duration" you will see the following screen, please choose the desired session duration, and select "save" in the top right hand corner.

You can add up to 4 durations to your account and delete them by swiping left.

Once you have added in your desired quick start durations, you can return to the app dashboard and start using the quick start feature.

What happens when I save multiple session durations to the app?

If Quick Start has multiple session durations set, you will be given the option to pick one when starting your Quick Start session.

What happens if I only have one session duration in the app?

If Quick Start has a single session duration set, then it will automatically start a session for that duration when selected.

As Quick Start has a 9 hour session duration as standard, if you do not add any more session durations then Quick Start will automatically start a 9 hour session when activated.

Are there any other hints and tips to make use of this cool new feature?

Yes, once durations have been setup, it’s possible to start a session without even opening the app. Simply long press on the app icon, and a menu will appear with all your set durations. Select your preferred duration, and the app will instantly start a session for that time frame.

Anything else I should know?

You can still run sessions the usual way by pressing ‘Start Session’
