Privacy Mode means that User locations are only visible when an alarm has been raised, a check-in has been missed, or a session has expired. Follow the steps below to setup Privacy Mode.
If you wish the enable Privacy Mode, go to Features > Privacy Mode > Enable.
This feature can be enabled either on a Team or Organisational level.
The session will no longer be visible in the live map, but Responders and Organisation Admins will still be able to see if the user is active.
The location will only be visible on the map if a User is in need of assistance.
If an alarm has been raised, for example, the location will show up on the map and the responder will have access to the session viewpoint with all the location information that can be shared with help services.
