This article provides a brief guide on managing Email and SMS notifications for alerts on your StaySafe Hub. 

Only administrators and monitors can get SMS and Email notifications. 

When a Remote Worker triggers an alert, the Monitors and Administrators can get notified via several ways including Email and SMS.

In order to customize your Email and SMS notifications, log in to your StaySafe Hub and go to "Settings" on the left bottom corner. 

Once in Settings, click on the "Notifications" tab at the top of the screen and scroll down to "Email & SMS".

You should now see a list of monitors and administrators registered on your StaySafe Hub.

You have the ability to choose whether you want to receive alerts via Email or SMS or both. Depending on your choice, please check the boxes accordingly. If you would like to receive both, check both boxes. 

From the list of Monitors/Administrators, check the boxes that you want to receive alerts for.

For example, if you would like two of the Monitors to receive notifications for Panic, Duress and Non-Movement, then check all three boxes for each Monitor.

Once you check the boxes you need, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save Your Changes"
